CASE STUDY: Charity SORP Review
In the first year that we were appointed to act for this Charity we re-engineered the Annual Report and Financial Statements to truly reflect the impact the Charity has had and more accurately reflect the financial results of the organisation. This has enabled them to attract additional funding for the organisation which means they will double in size over the next two years.
As part of the year end process we identified that the finance officer although operating Sage Line 50 was unaware of the Charity functions within the software which would enable funds reporting and better departmental analysis. We have now created a management information dashboard for the client so that they can have meaningful reports from Sage on a monthly basis and high quality reports for the trustees.
