Wilson Henry is a vibrant Liverpool based accountancy firm, lead by three partners with a 27 member team. Hilene Henry

Hilene Henry BSc (Hons) FCA FCCA - CEO

After completing her training with a medium sized national firm, Hilene Henry joined the local office of an international firm to help establish their small business department.

Hilene has been responsible for the firm's strategy for growth and development of the business - 20% annual growth over the past 4 years.

Hilene recognises and values the important contribution made by her team in the business and is an advocate of people development. Wilson Henry is an IIP organisation and Hilene is also a trained trainer with Dale Carnegie. Email Hilene

Peter Alcock

Peter Alcock FCA DipM ACIM - Marketing Partner

Peter Alcock is a Chartered Accountant and has a Post Graduate Diploma in marketing. As such he is well suited to his role as marketing partner. After completing his training with a small practice, he then spent 10 years with Ernst & Young, the latter part as a Senior Manager.

Peter has a specific remit for developing a database of 1,000 business client/contacts and overseeing £15million of corporate finance activity over the past 18 months. Peter is a SBS-accredited consultant.

With 22 years of experience as a business advisor to SMEs, he is a passionate champion of SME businesses. He has been an SME investor and writes regularly on business matters. Email Peter

David Kirby

David Kirby BSc (Hons) ACA - Tax Partner

David has a degree in Chemistry from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and started in the profession in January 1986, in Basingtoke with Haines Watts Chartered accountants.

David moved back to Liverpool in February 1987 and joined HLB Kidsons, a top 10 Accounting Practice (by fee income), Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 1990. Joined Wilson Henry in October 1991 as Audit manager. Email David
