Meet the Team
Wilson Henry is a vibrant Liverpool based business advisory and accountancy firm, based on Edge Lane, led by three partners with a 25 member team. The firm takes a highly proactive approach to the training and development of all team members and has developed a reputation for innovation, responsiveness and excellent client care and is constantly looking at ways to exceed client expectations.

Hilene Henry BSc (Hons) FCA FCCA - CEO
After completing her training with a medium sized national firm, Hilene Henry joined the local office of an international firm to help establish their small business department. After then spending 5 years working in London, she moved back to Liverpool to join the Henry family practice.
Hilene has been responsible for the firm's strategy for growth and development of the business.
Hilene recognises and values the important contribution made by the Wilson Henry team in the business and is an advocate of people development. Wilson Henry is an IIP organisation and Hilene is also a trained trainer with Dale Carnegie. Email Hilene
Peter Alcock FCA DipM ACIM - Marketing Partner
Peter Alcock is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. After completing his training with a small practice, he then spent 10 years with Ernst & Young, the latter part as a Senior Manager specialising in Owner Managed Business.
Peter has overseen the development of the Wilson Henry brand and its position today as a respected and significant player, as advisors to well known entrepreneurial businesses. he is also head of Wilson Henry Corporate Finance.
With 25+ years of experience as a business advisor to SMEs, he is a passionate champion of SME businesses. He has been an SME investor and writes regularly on business matters. A former local Business Link Non Executive Director, he is also an active panel member and Director of Dream High Limited - a local enterprise facilitation project seeking to make a difference for entrepreneurs in East Liverpool. David Kirby BSc (Hons) ACA - Tax Partner
Following completion of a degree in Chemistry from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, David started in the profession in January 1986, in Basingtoke with Haines Watts Chartered accountants.
David moved back to Liverpool in February 1987 and joined HLB Kidsons, a top 10 Accounting Practice and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 1990. He joined Wilson Henry in October 1991 and subsequently became a partner in 1997. David has been responsible for the growth of Wilson Henry Tax Solutions. Email David
