Secondly, in addition to helping with the process, we may even be able to find a buyer for your business! We are members of a national network of accountants ranging from the nationals through to semi nationals, regionals and quality high street firms, all of whom could have a client who is a potential buyer for your business. On a common database network we can, therefore, seek opportunities through other accountants for you, who may well have clients who will be prepared to buy your business. As we are initially talking accountant to accountant, there is of course, absolute security from your point of view, and no disclosure of your business is made at the outset, but as accountants we can discuss with other accountants the potential opportunity before putting businesses together. At that point, of course, we do arrange for proper security, in the form of non disclosure arrangements and confidentiality agreements. We therefore have the ability to take you all the way through from thinking about selling to actually finding the buyer and completing the deal.

Finally, for those wishing to sell we do have financial resources that we can make available to buyers, in order to assist in funding of a purchase programme.

Again using the same network of accountants we can seek opportunities on your behalf nationwide. Whatever you are seeking in terms of purchase, there is the opportunity for another accountant, either nationally or locally, that may well prove to have the business that you are seeking. Through our national network we can seek out that firm and make introductions on your behalf. This unique facility is only available through accountants, and we therefore maintain full confidentiality until such time as disclosure is approved. We can help you all the way through from initial discussions, to due diligence, heads of agreement and through to solicitors instructions.

Buying a business usually costs money. We have, therefore, put in place an extensive range of business purchase finance to assist you in that process. This is again part of our network provision.
